Suspension issue has been finally solved, those new parts will make your car feel like completely different car, like it should have been from very beginning. All latest 2025 models should have those already. Applies only to CX60. CX80 still have the old garbage. The solution applies also only to the front dampers, back is still not very comfortable.

Well, mine goes in for more repairs on Monday, and Ive already raised the suspension with them and he Dealer said they will fight the corner for them, so we shall see if these new ones are being offered by Mazda UK. thanks for the photo @Dex , will come in handy.

My feeling, Mazda UK will refuse everything as usual, will report back.

Yes, different spring and no sway bar.
Will you ask your dealer if possible is to use new front dampers in your car?
Thanks. Can you provide a similar drawing for 2022/3 Diesel? I can then show them the differences.

Yes, it is going in on Monday for Service and lots of warranty work, they are very proactive in wanting to solve these issues as they have had no end of complaints about the suspension.

I will definitely report back if Mazda UK authorise it.

I guess my picture was from mild hybrid, there will definitely be a different number for each model. Just wanted to notify everyone that there is finally something good available or soon available. Removing the sway bar in 2025 models is a cost-saving measure. I don’t think the car will benefit from it anyway. First testers have already confirmed that the roll is increased on new models.

We don't know if Mazda are offering it though...I will know next week if Mazda UK are...I have a feeling they won't to be honest, they aren't the most honourable or trustworthy brand as we know.

Exactly as you described, another dealer confirmed the deferential issue after talking to Mazda. 🤷‍♂️ never ending story with this car
Have you managed to to convince your Dealer / the new Dealer???
I have the same problem with my PHEV, and managed to record it, but the video was not so great, and it doesn‘t translate the crazy vibrations the car goes through when you need to accelerate uphill with the wheels turned almost in full to the left - basically exit the underground garage with a sharp turn to the left.
At my dealer visit for the latest Recall + other Software updates + other Repairs (2nd time the steering rack) I took one of technicians for a test to experience himself.

Now I am waiting for the spare parts for the defective differential changes. 1 month!!!.
I think we are lucky in Germany, and maybe the gents in Netherlands. I read that in other countries they need to wait much longer times.
Let‘s see!

@cxega
Don’t have to convince the dealer :) the new one „Schuster“ confirmed that there is something wrong, they sent the video to Mazda. Mazda confirmed the same. I won’t let them fix it, it comes handy for my court case, since my dealer still saying „everything is fine“. There is no way he can get away with it now.
