Don’t have to convince the dealer :) the new one „Schuster“ confirmed that there is something wrong, they sent the video to Mazda. Mazda confirmed the same. I won’t let them fix it, it comes handy for my court case, since my dealer still saying „everything is fine“. There is no way he can get away with it now.
Good luck with this! And get a good lawyer.
I don‘t know what to do with mine, with so many problems.
The Dealer is trying to fix as many of them, but it is always hold back by Mazda, as for all the repairs I’ve asked under the Guaranty I needed to document, provide video for, or the Dealer had to test and experience himself the issue.

My problem is not the Dealer, it‘s Mazda, and particularly the transmission humming / vibration and the poor suspension.
And the fact Mazda doesn‘t have a fix for it, on my current model!

Thanks. Can you provide a similar drawing for 2022/3 Diesel? I can then show them the differences.

Yes, it is going in on Monday for Service and lots of warranty work, they are very proactive in wanting to solve these issues as they have had no end of complaints about the suspension.

I will definitely report back if Mazda UK authorise it.
Hi Southeastern, good luck on Monday and please let us know the outcome.
My Dealer mentioned that the new MY2025 suspension is better, but not perfect, in the way of a better suspension that I was requesting.
And he mentioned it is not gone work on our earlier models as it’s a new suspension design too.
So would like to have a 2nd opinion.

A while ago you posted a video of these vibrations. You said the differential was damaged. I sent it to my service center. They said the engine mounts needed replacing. My car has been in the service center for a month now and they say that after replacing it the problem went away. I'm picking it up this Friday, I'll check if the problem went away.

They replaced half the car, including the transmission. I hope they fixed the problems. If not, I'll trade the car in for a new one.
So for the front vibration issue when turning almost to the maximum they’ve changed your transmission and now they are changing the engine mounts??? Was the vibration on turning left, turning right or both?

No, the gearbox has nothing to do with it. I gave them a whole list of problems, they are trying to fix them. My car accelerates on its own at full power while driving in traffic. 🤣

I managed to reduce the rattling from my boot area last weekend, one of the major problems is going over any type of bump in the road caused the rear floor to jump into the air and back down again, so I fitted two magnetic strips about 20cm long on either side of the rear floor lift up part and now the rear floor doesn't fly into the air over any bumps or which there are many on my roads.

I also fitted noise reduction into all the spaces in the rear tray that hold stuff, so the towing bolt etc all have more padding aorund them to deaden the noise, I've been driving around for a week now and it seems a lot quieter to me.

I'm back with good news. I was supposed to pick up the car last Friday. It turned out that the flywheel and the shaft going to the front differential needed to be replaced (it was leaking). I was supposed to pick up the car on Wednesday, which was yesterday. The mechanics replaced almost everything except the engine. They tested the car, nothing was supposed to grind. We went for a test drive. The car started grinding and jerking again. The gearbox has a maximum mileage of 60 km. I got a gearbox from the latest production, the same ones are in the 2025 version. So they still haven't fixed the known problems. All I know is that replacing the engine mount solved the problem of vibrations when turning, and the car had significantly less vibrations from the shaft. I've had enough.

I forgot to add that the car was in the service for 5 weeks.

Because it is probably software issue, not mechanical. It is why MY25 is improved, mechanically is the same.

Yesterday I went to the dealer to repair a vibrating wing mirror. The mechanic who got in noticed pretty quickly that my car has sticky steering and that the recall from the last time was therefore not effective. So now a new steering box has been ordered and will be called back upon arrival for a repair. It is just unbelievable.

Apart from 2 rattles in the interior, my car is fine now. Let’s hope steering remains as smooth as it is now. If not, I’ll probably be looking for a different car. After 1.5 years, I lost my patience. What I still find worrysome, is the grinding noise when accelerating from standstill.
