Multumesc, a functionat!
It might help if you do a Google translate into English and then post the translation as it seems English is the primary language on this forum.

Sorry. It shows me directly in Romanian. Thanks for the update. It worked quite simply. At first glance, the gear shift mode has changed. much smoother. Today I went to the Mazda dealer and they scheduled me for the shock absorber replacement. Thanks again for your help. .

Many thanks ASH - Update completed successfully.

Thanks ash8, I got the link and updated successfully. For anyone else wondering, this can be done from a Mac - just be sure to use disk utility to format your card as MSDOS(FAT). I formatted and copied to a sd card then used a usbc-sd cable in the car.
I can confirm this works and also that it worked with a 64GB USBC dongle

If you want to get your Mazda Dealer to update the firmware of your CX-60s Mazda Connect you MUST complain to them of an issue as 9 times out of 10 your Dealer will not update to latest file as Mazda Japan will only pay your Dealer under Warranty if there is a causal problem.

I suggest you mention to Dealer that your Mazda Connect Screen just freezes and then reboots by itself. This is a known issue on some CX-60s which is fixed with this latest firmware update.
Hello. Has there been an update yet? from 14012?

Yes, OTA is rolling out now in North America and EU/UK.
You must still be subscribed to Connected Services/ MyMazda App, depending on age of car you may have to manually update Connect Firmware to latest and in other Model Mazdas you will have to update TCU Driver, Mazda 3, CX-30, CX5 and 9 with 10 inch display, CX-50, MX-30. The CX-60 does not need to update TCU.
Make sure you go into screen setting and check the over air update box thingy.
OTA updates are always smaller files than standalone I supply..but in the end still the same Version.

Oh yeah, TCU Hardware was only installed in late 2021 US models, those before like BP Mazda 3 and CX-30 that don't have a TCU can Never get OTA. Telematics Control Unit.

In EU UK only certain model Mazda 3, CX-30, MX-30, CX-5 have a TCU, most made from late 2022 production will have a TCU.

Any Mazda on Gen 6 Connect that takes 74 Firmware can not have a TCU, like Mazda 6 and MX-5 Miata, Mazda 2.

This explains a couple of trivial things I couldn’t work out regarding connecting to CarPlay, that would occasionally fail (but rarely) and typically corrected if I stopped and restarted the car. These were merely occasional intermittent issues that I attributed to a fickle bluetooth connection, and not a deal breaker, but it is good to see Mazda is on the case of even minor glitches.

Your problems will still continue as the version of your software already had the supposed fixes for what you mention. That software release was months ago and didn't solve the problem, but did make a small improvement on it.

The new software release is in Red. It sadly does not address the continuation of the buggy connection.

Thanks Ash. Is this OTA update?
These are full system file updates, if you are correctly registered for OTA then your system will tell you to run when available, remember OTA updates are a much smaller update file and are system only downloads for changes and or bug fixes to update.
Your Version Number tells you where car is at.

If your CX-60 is a brand new one you may have a later version than 14016.

Thanks again. I think I understand what you are talking about. This version is/will be available as small "patch" files via OTA which will upgrade existing installed version or as "full" image which is installed from mounted storage device (done by Mazda service or tech savy end user).

Hi, Can you please share the link with the files with me for my Mazda CX-60 as OTA is not working for me.

Updated to 14016 using full image on USB and instructions provided by MVP @ASH8. Uneventful update, everything worked on first try.

Edit: I have Gracenote DB 1.1.1.02315 installed from day one. When I try to update it via OTA it returns Gracenote Database update failed. Anyone else with that error?
