Hi ASH8, many thanks for this info.
So understood that this version EU11 is not easily available for owners with EU07 and most probably we will not be able to upload it ourselves, as in the past.
Do you have any information if this update can be done by the Dealer?
Many thx.

This software version is for a newer hardware unit, therefore it isn't compatible and shouldn't be flashed on existing units with software like 14018. Hopefully there is a verification within the flash process to avoid bricks.

Yes this is what he was told.
For the record (again) you can not Flash ANY OTHER Version Files other than the model Version Currently used in cars CMU.
It is basically impossible to "brick" Generation 7 CMUs unless you are totally careless connecting and removing your USB Flash Drive from the cars port.

Gen 7 Mazda's simply will not permit CMU's to read or install any foreign Update Files, car will outright reject them.
As First page of this thread says you can only update or flash with new files not in car, like for CX-60 EU07_14007 to EU07_14018.
If car is already on latest EU07_14018 You can NOT downgrade to EU07_14007.

The new 2025MY CX-60 using 7230C1A-EU11_10006 can NOT be used in cars using 7000C0A-EU07, again even IF a Standalone .kwi file was available today the cars CMU will not see this file nor will install it.

You need to Privately Message Me ??, then click on my Avatar Pic top left and Message or Start Conversation or...

See the FIRST POST of mine in this thread about Half Way Down and my Text in YELLOW....see the link in White directly under it, CLICK ON IT , it will take you to your own New FRESH Private Message Thread addressed to Me, put your VIN and details ( the picture ) then click red send in bottom right.

You Must PRIVATE MESSAGE me as the Download links CANNOT be posted publicly. New Members must post in Forum to Qualify

If you can not Message me then you as a member are either too new or you have not INTRODUCED YOURSELVES in the New Member forum Thread...give that a try and participate in this Forum, we won't bite you. 😉

OTA never worked in my CX-60 (as Ash explained earlier). Does it work on other vehicles (e.g. CX-70, 80, 90)? Hopefully Mazda sorts this out soon; it would certainly make it ALOT easier to update...

Hello @ASH8 and Thank you as usual.
I will PM you but on thursday mine is going for 40k km service. I will ask to update the dealer but i am quite sure they will NOT...
When you speak about changelog you mean differences?
Thanks
M.

Many Thanks @ASH8 the update 14024 worked smoothly as usual! my 2 cents are:
+keep phones and BT devices away and possibly with BT OFF
+remove SD card and all USB
+use small USB Stick (I have C-mode 4GB) and have a Low Level Formatting into FAT32 first time (takes time but build better structure)
+always check you checksum with the file provided: 2 minutes well spent

THANKS @ASH8 for your continuous support!
Gruss aus Deutchland!
