Windscreen cracked 😞

Today, while I was in motorway suddenly a crack appeared in my windscreen. I don't know what to do. Never faced any issue like this previously. Looks like a quality issue for me. What should I do now?

How has a routine windscreen breakage insurance claim extended into 59 forum posts? Insurance approved Windscreen Replacement firms operate to BSI standards, offer lifetime guarantees and no claims manager will ever be blubbing when the real issue causing claims inflation and hence premium inflation is personal injury claims, where awards of £1M + are now common. I can assure Blazeforth that if Mazda can promptly supply the part, this should be a trivial matter.
Possibly because you keep commenting on it? lol.

'Operate to BSI standards'...unless the technician is having a bad day right? You believe too much of what you are told! Its all just waffle. If its a good job, it will be a good job, if its a shit job, it will be a shit job. Sure they will fix it, but as we have seen with my rear bumper, the fix isn't always as good as the original and then your car is that way for life.

Nothing is trivial in this day and age in my opinion.
Your argument is merely commenting on windscreen quality and a different chassis/structural system, so dosent make much sense to me as an arguement for the already known issue of windscreens cracking on the CX60.
In Poland not a single cracked window issue reported, and believe me, every single problem gets widely discussed, whether real or imaginary (I have recently reported that my door handle close button doesn't work - turned out I was trying to lock and unlock the car at the same time  ). On the British FB group I can't say for sure, but a quick search for "cracked" finds only 1 case (Rodrigo). Considering the hundreds of cars sold in each country I would hardly call it a "known issue".

Is there a public register in Poland of cars with cracked windscreens or do you mean ‘not reported on social media’?

Theres plenty more on in the UK group, but I wont post screengrabs for privacy of members. Blaze found them, and thats only social media. My dealer who I now know very well certainly can see how many have been ordered in the UK..

You can find many reported in UK fb group.
Can you share link to this group? I also can find mostly chip problems.

The second one is funny. The guy who started it is one of those owners club creators for a car he doesn't own, and nor will ever own being that the CX60 will never be sold in his country :)

The german one is good as they talk about modifications, which is better than about caravans and towing, but its an open group, therefore whatever you post in there means it goes straight on your friends feeds and is fully public. I don't want to be spamming my friends news feeds with CX60 chat nor do I want anyone to be able to see a lot of information about my car, where I live etc. Its weird they have it set as that.
