I have a rubbing sound coming mainly from the left hand front wheel when leaving my driveway. This is at slow speed and changes in the road camber, sound similar to a faulty bush. Problem disappears with wet weather. Anyone had the same issue?
Will see for how long...Yes and it was fixed at the dealer last week.
Cause was dry bushes on front suspension. Technician added some lubricant and noise has gone - took him about 20 minutes!

There is also another and in my opinion a better solution, the car is assembled without road pressure on the suspension arms, this causes some unnecessary tension in the bushings when it is on the ground, and stresses the bushings when bumping etc., which causes squikkk noises, the solution is to have the car on a plate lift, loosen the bushings and rock the car on the list, then tighten with the correct newton, - job done, no spay grease and what so ever.![]()
Quick fix for the noises from the suspension?
It looks like there is a simple fix according to this Japanese mechanic. (make sure you have subtitles and translation activated on YouTube)www.cx70forum.com
Rock the car up and down on the plate lift with wheels on the lift. 😆What does it mean 'rock the car on the list '?
Well, on the front suspension it doesn't look like there is anything to loosen...There is also another and in my opinion a better solution, the car is assembled without road pressure on the suspension arms, this causes some unnecessary tension in the bushings when it is on the ground, and stresses the bushings when bumping etc., which causes squikkk noises, the solution is to have the car on a plate lift, loosen the bushings and rock the car on the list, then tighten with the correct newton, - job done, no spay grease and what so ever.

It's correct.Well I’m still having issues, dealer says it’s the anti roll bar. Mazda say they are aware of the issue but at this time there is no solution! This is the information given to me by my local dealer, who have spoken to other dealerships that are having the same problem.
