Official fault/glitch fixes

If anyone has had any of the issues we are facing fixed by mazda officially could they post it here please - with some evidence and if there is a particular set of vins that it applies to or service bulletin number - I know there are people on the forum just saying oh that's been fixed or the software update has been issued but that means nothing - we need to be able to go to our respective dealers and say look there is a fix for this and your paying and here it is in black and white.

Hi, I changed some things at it like : Dampers + roll bar, fuel tank check + range update, lubrification of front joints ( noises when braking, turning etc.) but the only one I can help you with solid proof is the doors insulation. In any case if your model is earlier it may not need it.

This is excellent Radu, thank you.
Do you or does anyone else here have a photo (similar to the one you kindly provided above) in respect of Technical Service Bulletin R086/22 - Replacement Dampers and Anti Roll Bar?

I am (and I'm sure lots of others are) very keen to know about the VIN number range for R086/22. Many thanks.
Hello Jim, sadly here I cannot help you with much. I only had an email conversation where I got a confirmation and a booking for service.

Brilliant - thank you so much - did you pay for the suspension yourself or did the dealer do it?
Didnt paid anything on all the repairs mentioned above.
Sorry if I'm asking to many questions.
Was your car the phev or diesel
Was your suspension noisy or just excessively hard (that's mine)
Thats what a forum is for.
Its PHEV and the suspension was stiff. Noises came from the front wheels joints and remained after the suspension was changed. Were lubricated 1 week ago and now they are all right.
Thanks for your help 👍

possible to take a picture of updated suspension. I believe the part number will be common for those who have updated suspension. I posted mine in another thread. i don't think the VIN number can be taken into, the case might be different based on country. @Southeastern with a recent VIN number didn't had the updated suspension.

So my PHEV which is 121xxx should have those part numbers on dumpers? If I have "upgraded" parts I don't want to know how bad were original ones.

I believe, from my previous PHEV that was higher than those VIN numbers quoted and was offered the suspension change is that those real early ones in that document contained the dangerous rear dampers that bounced.

However the replacements were made as an offering to other phev owners like myself for comfort as it was just too hard for uk and European roads.

I believe though yet to confirm the softer suspension is just the diesel dampers. The diesel rides around 30-50% better than the PHEV with the replacements, still a mega bone shaker though.

Just curious, how do you calculate the percentage that a car drives better than another car

Thanks for posting this. Looks like I have the updated suspension already. KBB6-28-700E is what I have for my rears. And the ride is still pretty hard. Koni will probably be the next solution then.

Good lad.

I haven't had a reply for a while from them, I thought more emails may have prompted them somewhat. I guess it's just a waiting game.

Is there a TSB for shaky outside mirrors @ speeds over 100km/h, especially left one on LHD cars? Happening on both PHEV and diesel made late December 2022.
