Looked yesterday, temperatures around -5 C by night, +5 C daytime, some light snow and rain all the time.
On my CX-60 with matrix headlights, no slightest indication of condensing water.
On neighbour's 15 yrs old Toyota lamps, it's like it was raining inside.

I noticed it in the heads once. But I have also seen it on pretty much every car I've owned including recent Fords. Almost bound to happen if the unit is not hermetically sealed. Anyone remember Lucas sealed beam headlights?

I also saw it in new BMW. As know lamp cannot be hermetically sealed because there has to be ventilation (cooling system) for LED electronics.
