Just checked. Working fine in Belgium.

I read that some users have remote climate issues in the app after the last recall. Maybe it’s the same with you?

 

Not had any recalls done on the car yet . So nothing changed or updated.

 

I've had the same problem since yesterday mid-morning. Thought it might be something to do with the cold weather.
App was working fine up until then.
Going to try tommorow and reset the Connection (hold VOL, BACK and NAV buttons for 10 seconds).

 

UPDATE - Today its working agina (without any intervention from me). Must have been the servers down.
Pity there is no notification of this beforehand!!

 

Thanks mines also working again without intervention.
