Given the number of posts about CX-60 faults, I thought it about time we focused on the positives.

So, what do you like about your car? What flicks your switch or tickles your fancy?

No miserable sods please 🤣

You do know that engine noise comes through the speakers don't you - it not real 🤣🤣
It doesn't. I unplugged the amplifier to check this out. Sound was exactly the same.

It is not from speakers. It is from special tube which works like trumpet and strengthen the sound from engine
Sod it. Can't even have a thread about the positives without it being hijacked by negativity

Then we must persist in trying to highlight everything that is good about the car (y) 😁 (y)

I like the screen washer system. Genius.

But then again its incomplete as it doesn't do a courtesy wipe after a wash and the design means it has runs down the screen afterwards, meaning more manual input.

DAMN, I tried and everything!

We were so close to a fully positive quote from you 😁

I'll live with having to to a manual swipe if the initial wash is as good as you say 👍👍

I tried!

Won't it be comical if when you get yours, it ends up your dealers workshop for four weeks out of the five you own it like so many others :)

You certainly have a strange definition of comical 🙄

Hey, comedy is POSITIVE no? :)

Just teasing.

You're leasing your car I gather? :)
No, not lease.
You might whistle a different song once you've handed over £50k of your hard earned :)
I'll still whistle it, bit perhaps through gritted teeth 😁
Last update by dealer solve few things. Predicted ICE range is far better and no more sudden acceleration with foot off pedal. Now ride is much smoother

I've had my new PHEV for a week now and after 400 miles the petrol tank is still showing half full. Particularly happy as for various reasons I've been able to top up the battery at no cost. Really pleased with the car so far.

Good to hear another positive owner. More recently delivered PHEV cars are achieving customer satisfaction, albeit early production models were ridden with problems.

That's great to hear, especially the free energy 😁

What sort of journeys are you making? Mainly short, urban, or a mixture?

Are you charging the batteries most days?
I’m thrilled with mine too, collected her last Wednesday and, like Oxonian, still have well over half a tank of fuel. Not brand new, 1800 miles, registered 30th Dec, used by one of the dealership directors. Has the revised suspension and all software updates. Driven on motorways and country lanes, currently not a single complaint, hope it remains like that. The big test will be driving to Greece in the autumn!
