It is the same in DK, here the system is still not up and running, but it is supposed to be ready in Q2
Sorry tried that. Including a byte by byte copy. Somewhere in the software it encodes the SD card CID.Until Toolbox is "online", just make a normal backup to your PC, it works if the SD has been used in the car, and therefore locked to WIN.

Car just doesn’t recognise the card at all.It works for me !?
I use this How to Clone SD Card in Windows 11/10/8/7 (5 Minutes Tutorial) tool, and SanDisk Extreme SD UHS-I CardCar just doesn’t recognise the card at all.
What software are you using to clone the card to a new one?
What make is your new SD card?
Have you actually tried the backed up SD card in the car?I use this How to Clone SD Card in Windows 11/10/8/7 (5 Minutes Tutorial) tool, and SanDisk Extreme SD UHS-I Card
I use solution listed, with no issues.Have you actually tried the backed up SD card in the car?
I've tried again, but can't use that software as I have a Mac.
Apparently in the centre consol. I was told an update may fix the problem I have of verbal instructions like "take the exit" are eto late.Could someone tell me where the SD card is even located?
I haven’t been able to locate it, but maybe I was looking in the wrong place?
PS going to try tomorrow. I'll report back.Apparently in the centre consol. I was told an update may fix the problem I have of verbal instructions like "take the exit" are eto late.

Picture are from CX-5 i guess, there are two USB sockets and no 12V outlet in CX-60I can confirm the SD-card is located in the centre console, behind a small rubber "flap" that might be a little tricky to open. It's near the USB C-ports inside the console. I have attached a picture from the NAVI system user guide, the image is "mirrored" compared to my LHD car (steering wheel on the the left side of the car) but other than that it is correct. You're probably right, I have never owned a CX-5. But the picture is taken from the user guide for CX-60. Anyway, the CX-60 has two USB-C ports and no other outlet as you said. But the SD-card slot looks exactly the same and is placed down to the right corner of the compartment, so my main focus was trying to help 'chopperbob' identify itPicture are from CX-5 i guess, there are two USB sockets and no 12V outlet in CX-60
There is no released card material for CX-60 for now.I tried to update my maps today. Very frustrating!
My old version of toolbox was for my CX5. Kept asking for my SD card which was already inserted. After messing about with different ports I uninstalled toolbox and started over.
Still refused to recognize my card even though windows explorer did.
So I gave up. My issue is that voice guidance, especially on roundabouts is always too late. "Take the exit now" when you are almost past it.
Dealer said update the card! Hey Ho!
