HI all I am going to in future try and simplify what I issue as I have been accused of saying too much.

Refer TSB NUMBER: R014/23 of this month.

So Mazda has reckognised that some REPEAT Some CX-60 Owners with the 12.3inch size goes BLACK, meaning backgound lighting Turns Off and therefore nothing can be seen.

All models from inceprion to January 20, 2023 production
or VIN

JMZ 100001 to 125086 the last 6 digits of cars VIN.

The FIX
To rectify is a Re-calibration of IC with MDARS the Mazda Dealer (only) APP Update, so it is a software fix.

No parts need replacement.

If you press the navigation button, it recovers. It appears when connecting to android auto, sometimes when you start the car

I think it is associated with Android Auto starting up, but pressing the Navigation button did not fix it for me. I have mine set to start in camera view, which disappears when I am moving. Sometimes when the camera view goes it is replaced by the black screen shown in my photo. Pressing Home or Navigation did not fix it. I think pressing the camera button twice brought up the correct Android screen.
