So took delivery of one on Friday and I'm already having an issue, the screen got stuck on starting Android Auto and I can move the courser between start and cancel but clicking it doesn't do anything and the screen is still stuck on that even when the car is off. Only thing I can do is switch to the 360 camera and back

Try to push and hold volume bottom to screen goes blank, wait 30 sek. and push it again.
The issue is because you need a HMI update (14012) & (AN019A)

I came back to it after about an hour and the screen was finally off and when I turned it on it was back to normal. Updated to 14012 while I was there. Thanks for the reply
