As far as I know: yes. That’s the function you can turn off via fob (e.g. when on a ferry), while the classical doors and cabin protection will stay activated.

The CX60 in the Netherlands don't have a Class 3 alarm system, including the angle detection. If you need it for your insurance company, your dealer is certified to build it in for around 1000 Euro. Or find yourself another insurance company. (For example the one from the ANWB.) I will switch as well.

My dealer in NL (Oostendorp Den Bosch) offered an insurance via ASR, so no need to install an extra alarm. Premium is only a little bit higher then e.g. OHRA.Hi Theo,
